I say they are not because how anybody can expect the mighty giants like goldman sach, Merillinch, citi group and others to tell truth about the extent to which they have got hit due to repayment defaults? And as and when these skeletons come up time and again, they will haunt the global financial markets. Till all the things get cleard up, markets will be in a nervous state of mind.
