Credit Markets

Credit markets in the US have suffered their worst crisis till date with huge number of people defaulting on their credit obligations. This will have a significant impact in other parts of the world in terms of other people also not honouring their loan commitments, willfully defaulting on their borrowed money, this can be also due to tremendous imbalance that exist between filthy rich and the poorest, with poorest section deciding to take unlawful means to get their much needed due from richest section. Hence credit market across the globe will either have to make verification and loan compliance very strict or continue as the things are currently thus leaving room for more such defaults in near future. Financial markets thus have to adjust acording to what's happening in the credit markets and also in the currency markets.
